We have a focused menu of well-crafted, delicious, and affordable pizza, served-by-the-slice, and as 18” large pies. Our naturally-leavened pizza dough is made from Pacific Northwest-grown wheat and slowly fermented before baking in a super hot electric deck oven. The resulting crust is crisp, light, and airy, with a delightful hint of sourdough flavor. We use organic California-grown tomatoes in our sauce, and we make our own fresh mozzarella and ricotta in house.
